Fresh and expressive in character, this wine reveals vibrant citrus and stone fruits aromas, well-integrated with subtle yeasty and vanilla notes, with a refreshing and delicate mouthfeel. The grapes are harvested by hand at their peak of fresh varietal expression and gently whole-cluster pressed to extract the purest juice, which ferments in tanks at low temperatures to preserve all its lively aromas. Ageing on lees for several months brings layers and creaminess to this Chardonnay. Bottled after 8 months, it preserves the young, fruity, floral and fresh character of the Chardonnay.

BLEND AND ORIGIN
Pale yellow with greenish notes Fresh and fruity on the nose. Aromas of yellow peach, pear, papaya and pineapple combined with floral notes. Well-integrated oak resulting in undernotes of coconut, toffee and vanilla. Big and wide in the mouth. Unctuous mouthfeel that leads to a well-balanced acidity and a finish with notes of dried peaches and pears.
FOOD PAIRING - Ideal to pair with red and game meat, especially grilled. Also pairs beautifully with mature cheeses and pasta with tomato sauce.
