BLEND AND ORIGIN
This 100% sauvignon blanc survived an unsettled year Ea mild winter, warm spring and cool summer Ebefore a period of warm and dry weather helped the grapes to fully ripen. This wine was fermented primarily in stainless steel, though 5% was set aside to ferment in old French barriques and large-format oak vats before blending.
