- GENERAL TERMS OF TRANSACTION
- Conditions or restrictions in provision of the goods
- This sales e-commerce website moethennessyvietnam.com.vn (“Website”) is established to provide goods to all LVMH staff based in Vietnam, staff of Moёt Hennessy Vietnam Distribution Shareholding Company (“MHVN”), friends & family over 18 years of age of these MHVN staff.
- LVMH staff and MHVN friends & family member under referral can submit orders only via e-platform and all submitted orders cannot be changed.
- In a regular “year-round” staff purchase, each LVMH staff, MHVN staff, MHVN friends & family is entitled to a quota of max 400 EUR (VND10,980,800) as a monthly total maximum purchase amount. The entitlement will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward in the next month.
- While the seasonal sale is on, each LVMH staff, MHVN staff, MHVN friends & family will be entitled to an additional quota (TBD yearly) as a maximum purchase amount for each seasonal sale.

- These sales benefit on the Website is extended to eligible users for personal use or genuine gifts to family and friends without monetary or non-monetary reimbursement.
- MHVN reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes with customers.

- Goods inspection and return policy
- In case the customer is not available to directly receive the goods on the day of delivery, the person receiving the order at the delivery address given shall be deemed to be his/her authorized representative. The authorized representative must be 18 years of age or above. Our delivery person reserves the right to request for valid personal documents in accordance with the laws to verify the recipient's age.
- In case of delivery of insufficient goods: Customers must make a note of missing goods with detailed information on the delivery person's copy of the Delivery Order as well as take a picture of the Delivery Order and email us a copy at MhVietnamSale@shop.moethennessy.com in order for us to be able to rectify the issue swiftly. Our Customer Service Team will contact you once we receive a copy of the Delivery Order with the details you have written from our logistics provider. MHVN can either organize another delivery of missing goods or organize a refund for the customer.
- In case of delivery of goods not conforming with the order / information on the Website (Goods delivered are not of the right type and model as in the order or as shown on the Website at the time of ordering or the external condition of the goods are affected such as being torn, damaged or the bottles being cracked or broken): Customers may choose to reject only the bottles that are not of the right type and model or being damaged and make a detailed note of the reason for refusing to receive the goods on the delivery person's copy of the Delivery Order as well as take a picture of the Delivery Order and email us a copy at MhVietnamSale@shop.moethennessy.com in order for us to be able to rectify the issue swiftly. Our Customer Service Team will contact you once we receive a copy of the Delivery Order with the details you have written from our logistics provider. MHVN can either organize another delivery of goods being in conformity with the order or organize a refund for the customer.
- Where the Delivery Order is signed by the customer without any note detailing the above circumstance(s), we will not be able to verify that you had a problem upon delivery and will have to deem that the delivery was accepted by the customer or his/her authorized representative in good order and condition.
- Responsibilities of the seller and customer in each transaction
Responsibilities of the seller
- Notifying to the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the establishment of a sales e-commerce website as stipulated under the laws.
- Providing information sufficiently on the Website as required under the laws, including information about the owner of the Website, goods, price, general terms of the sale contract for goods introduced on the websites, conditions for shipment and delivery and payment methods. At the same time, the seller must take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of these information.
- Complying with the statutory requirements on protection of customers’ personal information.
- Complying with the provisions of the laws on entering into a contract using online ordering functions on an e-commerce Website.
- Complying with the provisions of the laws on safety payment in e-commerce.
- Providing information about the business status at the request of competent state authorities to assist e-commerce statistics activities, inspection, examination and handling of violations in e-commerce.
- Storing information about transactions conducted through the Website in accordance with the law on accounting; fulfilling tax obligations in accordance with the laws.
Responsibilities of the customer
- Declaring name and age when accessing and searching for information on the Website; declaring information about the buyer's name, residential address, payment information via account, bank card or other non-cash payment methods when making a transaction on the Website.
- Reading and understanding the terms of service, privacy policy and notices of amendment, adjustment to the terms of service and privacy policy when registering an account and making transactions on the Website. When a customer uses the service or continues using the service, it is deemed that such customer has read, understood and agreed to the terms of service and privacy policy of this Website.
- Being solely responsible for the security, storage and all acts of using the service under your registered name and password.
- Timely notifying MHVN of acts of unauthorized use, abusing, breaching of security, keeping your registered name and password for the two parties to cooperate in handling.
- Undertaking that all information provided to MHVN is accurate, complete and always up to date.
- Being solely responsible for the content, images, personal information and other information, as well as the entire transaction process through the Website.
- Cooperating and providing necessary information for MHVN to assist the settlement of any arising disputes.
- Providing information about the transaction at the request of competent state authorities.
- Undertaking not to change, modify, copy, disseminate, distribute, provide and create tools similar to the Website provided by MHVN to a third party without the consent of MHVN.
- Not conducting any acts to discredit the Website in any form, or to propagate and disseminate information that is not conducive to the reputation of MHVN.
- Providing personal information at the request of competent state authorities to serve e-commerce statistics activities.
- Other obligations as stipulated by laws.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Methods of goods delivery
- All orders are processed and shipped according to specific alignments between users & MHVN Customer Service on a weekly basis.
- Items sold are available for delivery with below details:
- Delivery will be arranged from 8:30am –5:30pm, exclude Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
- A call / an email should be received before delivery to double confirm delivery time.
Delivery charge:
- VND250,000 shall be charged if order value is below VND5,000.000 (per order);
Free of charge if order value is equal to or above VND5,000,000 (per order); - Applicable for MHVN staff only: Free of charge if pick-up location is chosen at MHVN’s office (Ho Chi Minh City) regardless of order value.
- Delivery service is provided within Ho Chi Minh City only.
- If items have not been successfully delivered to the delivery address as indicated in the order details, a re-delivery will be charged at VND250,000.
- If you need to reschedule the delivery service, please send us an email 2 days in advance at MhVietnamSale@shop.moethennessy.com OR call 028 7300 2245 during the office hours. Otherwise, an administration fee of VND250,000 will be charged.
- In case there is any mistake in the information of a confirmed order (e.g. incorrect or incomplete shipping address), please contact our Customer Service Team at 028 7300 2245 between 8:30 am - 5:30 pm or send us an email at MhVietnamSale@shop.moethennessy.com as soon as possible within 48 hours after placing the order. We will endeavor to assist you to rectify the error.
In most cases, we would be able to make changes or rectify your order. However, if your order has already been delivered to the wrong address input by you, MHVN will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the delivery to the wrong address.
Where the delivery is unsuccessful due to incomplete address provided and a second delivery is required, you may be charged a re-delivery fee of VND250,000. Your order may be put on-hold until the re-delivery fee is being settled.
- The person receiving the goods at the delivery address must be 18 years of age or above and should be deemed as the customer’s authorized representative and that any instruction/ information and actions of the authorized representative are deemed as provided and done by the customer himself/herself.

- Estimated Delivery Time
- An automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 15 minutes after placing your order. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk box or clutter folder. If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, you may contact our Customer Service Team at MhVietnamSale@shop.moethennessy.com to confirm your order with us.
- Your order will be delivered within 5 business days. Deliveries will be made between 8:30am – 5:30pm daily, excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
- During seasonal sale, due to high volume of orders, your order will be delivered within 7 business days.
- Delivery will be rescheduled / delayed in case of bad weather, serious flooding or blocked or closed road. MHVN’s Customer Service Team will contact the affected customer within 24 hours to re-arrange the delivery.
- Geographical Limitation for Delivery
Delivery service is provided within Ho Chi Minh City only.
- Responsibility of logistics service providers with respect to the provision of documents of goods during delivery
Logistic service providers are obligated to provide documents of goods during delivery as follows:
- Provide completed and sufficient documents of goods during delivery;
- Request customer to sign or detail the condition or information of goods (if any) on the Delivery Order;
- Provide sufficient documents on goods, including Delivery Order, to service users, government agencies, customers if needed or requested;
- Comply with the laws and transport customs regarding the provision of documents of goods delivery.
Besides, during delivery, logistic service providers have the responsibility of checking the age of the recipient in case of uncertainty about his/her age to ensure that the recipient must be at least 18 years of age.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Price displayed on the website is in Vietnam Dong (VND).
- Customer when shopping at the Website can choose any of the following non-cash payment methods that is fastest and of most convenience:
- Payment by Credit Cards (Visa, Master, JCB, American Express and UnionPAY);
- Payment by Vietnam local cards (ATM Card);
- Online payment using QR code via E-wallets (mPAYvn, VCBPAY, VinID, TrueMoney, ViettelPay, VNPAY, BIDV Pay, ZaloPay, SmartPay) and 26 local mobile banking applications.
- Customer should note that Paypal, Dinner Club and other Cards not mentioned above will not be accepted for payment purpose.
- For the privacy policy of payment information for customers, please refer to Sections 4, 8 and other sections in our “Policy on Protection of Personal Information of Consumers (Privacy Policy)”.
