BLEND AND ORIGIN
Composed of grapes from three vineyard sites across Mendoza, Argentina. Las Compuertas provides berry flavours and rounded tannins; Los Castanos Estate grapes are herbal; while grapes from the Licán Estate are beautifully concentrated. After blending, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, and 12 in bottle before release. Firm tannins guarantee a long ageing potential.
FOOD PAIRING: Ideal to pair with grilled and slow-cooked beef with wine reductions. This wine also pairs beautifully with stewed lamb and mature or smoked cheese.
