PRODUCT DETAILS
The commitment to Dom Pérignon Rosé is to bring the red of Pinot Noir to life. Ten years of maturation on the lees protects the red of Pinot Noir and finally reveals it, on a high and clear note: playful, vibrant, complex, and mysterious. Dom Pérignon Rosé 2006's nose has tropical notes of guava and curry leaf, zest and ripe stone fruit. Cocoa and toasted spices complement the whole. The wine has a bracing vinosity. The initial richness affirms itself, becoming more powerful and structured. It has remarkable length with a touch of licorice; a backdrop of juicy, bitter blood orange
